46. Nothing gets done until out of committee...Murkowski and Collins are not on the committee.

Only Flake, on the committee, counts, regarding delaying the vote of the full Senate.

Doubt Grassley would call for a committee vote without knowing he has the Senate vote as well. Only obvious.

We will see Monday if he does.
