for Republicans! The political firestorm would be massive...led by a nation n of angry women and sexual assault survivors.

Open up the inquiry and delay for a proper investigation?...maybe a disaster also!

They have only one out...negotiate with Ford through her lawyer for a fair and safe hearing with multiple witnesses.

Republican hypocrisy - see Franken - is biting them in the ass.
