6. This may explain it a bit...

from a book I was reading, which described George H Bush going from the WH to throw the first ball of the season at Yankee Stadium.

Bush and a couple aides leave WH, walk across the lawn, board a helicopter, get off the helicopter at the airport, walk a few steps
and board the waiting AF One, Flies to closest airport in NYC, land, walk a few paces to the waiting limo, drive in a line of limo
All other traffic is stopped. Limo pulls up to doorway at stadium, the Pres. walks from limo thru tunnel that leads to ball field, walks to mound, throws the ball, walks back to tunnel, and every step in reverse
all without really seeing any other people besides the aides and the Secret Service, and the faceless crowd in the stadium.

that's the bubble.
Trump and his kids grew up that way, from a wealthy home to a private school of people just like him. If everyone you know is an image of you and your lifestyle, that's the bubble. Trump grew up like that, as did his kids, you simply don't think about anything outside of it.
You can stay stupid if your rich daddy gives the school enough "donations" to not flunk you for sleeping thru the academic year.

One argument against that explanation tho. Sarah Palin.
Same result to. All the morons who worshiped her, and now Trump, say "s/he thinks just like I do".
