5. Rachel Mitchell reduced sentence by questioning whether the victim could properly remember his age

which he stated was 14/15.

Mitchell will question whether all these women (and their corroborators) are remembering anything with any degree of accuracy due to how long ago it took place.

The entire pattern needs to be BROUGHT REPEATEDLY to America's geriatric memory:

1) Alcohol-fueled sexual abuse of women.
2) Kavenaugh's pal refusing to testify.
3) The refusal to be investigated by the FBI and take polygraph tests (by both Kav and Judge).
4) The Republicans WITHHOLDING 100k EMAILS.
5) Kav lying about his USE OF STOLEN EMAILS in the 2000s (many under oath).
6) Several rulings as a judge showing both a lack of logic and judgement.
7) Kavenaugh's support of UNCONSTITUTIONAL decisions regarding labor laws and torture, etc.

There's already enough to sink this candidate, but the negatives ALSO put into doubt any denials regarding sexual assault. That is, the sheer numbers of testimonies against him are given further weight by the superior integrity of Ford et al relative to this lying Republican tool.

PLEASE dear Senators, reference some of the above in your cross examinations. Don't make the mistake of forgetting the abundance of evidence already unearthed. Bring crib notes if you have to, but please do your jobs and save our country from this atrocious and sleezy and women-hating "good ol' boy."

And give all the Republicans on the judicial committee hell for covering up his evil. Stop saying "with all due respect." These people are all traitors. They want Kavanaugh in the Supreme Court to support Trump, turn the country into a corrupt and permanent Republican shithole, and hide THEIR FINANCIAL TIES TO THE RUSSIAN MAFIA.
