If BK did these things, then he knows it.

If he did them, then he knew they could come out.

After Ford, he would have had to been really scared.

But when he went on TV and denied it, again, he would know if he did these things or not.

But he still denies them.

To everyone right of center, it looks like a concerted political effort to thwart the pick and hold up nominations until after mid terms. It doesn't look like anything else to them.

No, they are obviously going with the "left wing conspiracy" angle, will force a vote after the hearing and then try to primary any (R) Senators who don't vote for him. At this point, withdrawing means he lied. He won't do that.
