74. Indeed she does

If I were a family member of one of these women, I would have some questions for her like why didn't she call the cops when she first saw this happening? Why did she continue to go to these parties and do nothing? Why was she that indifferent to these girls then?
She was a college student, a legal adult, going to high school parties.
