Yes, partisan conspiracy theories are nonsense but

1. Timing of the allegations doesn't matter. They could arrive on day 1999 of a 2000 day review. if the allegations are credible, they MUST be looked into. Nearly everyone felt Dr. Ford was credible. The other two victims who have been identified seem credible as well.

2. The very nature of sex allegations has shown that long delays before people come forward is very common, etc. Look at Harvey Weinstein or Bill Cosby as a couple of many well known examples.

3. A Supreme Court Justice should be from the cream of the crop. Any question of their credibility or acceptability or otherwise should be answered fully, properly and credibly. A good candidate would embrace the FBI looking into the allegations against him/her - to help clear their good name.

4. "More than 90% of sexual assault victims on college campuses do not report the assault "

5. Claiming the only four witnesses denied Ford's claims is misleading or not true/accurate.
- Two of them were the accused Kavanaugh and Mark Judge
- One of them was Kavanaugh's friend, PJ Smyth
- One of the was Dr Ford's friend who has had some medical issues and does not recall it.

Dr Ford produced four witnesses to her claims. Dr Ford has therapist notes in 2012 in 2013 that cover the attempted rape. Dr. Ford has passed a lie detector test unlike Kvanaugh

Ms Ramirez's allegations and Ms Swetnicks have not been heard by this committee

So the four denial defense is misleading and inaccurate.

6. Kavanaugh's calendar defense is stupid. July 1 and July 7, 1982 are two dates when Ford's incident could have occurred on his calendar for example. Who would expect him to note "failed in my drunken attempt to rape Christine Blassey"

I could go on ...
