My congressman and senator (Joe Courtney and Chris Murphy, respectively) don't need as much campaign money from me this year (as much as they have needed in previous cycles anyways) - so hopefully I'll be able to donate more shortly.

Clarke Tucker seems like a really, really good candidate from what cursory information I've read on his site and Ballotpedia so far!

Josh Mahony is a Dem running in a district where the GOP ran essentially unopposed in '16 (he ran against a Green Party candidate and a Libertarian).
