But unless the FBI finds a video of Kavanaugh raping and dismembering someone, the Republicans are going to say that there is not sufficient proof that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted anyone, and a tie must go to the runner. Kavanaugh will be confirmed and on the Court for life, where he will retaliate against the left for decades, just as Thomas arguably has done. I don’t see this as a victory. Hopefully, it will help us take back both the House and the Senate. But even if we take the Senate, impeachment of Kavanaugh won’t be an option because we won’t have 2/3rds of the Senate and we will be dealing with a conservative Court for many years.
