4. True. But now his reputation is crap, and it wouldn't have been if

he hadn't got all full of himself, allowed himself to be nominated in the first place even knowing he had a whole graveyard's worth of skeletons in his closet, and then behaving the way Trump wanted him to - like a belligerent, entitled douche. If all that hadn't happened he could have continued as a judge on the D.C. Circuit, a very good job, and none of this would ever have been known. He could have gone to all those chi-chi D.C. cocktail parties for the rest of his life and not an eyebrow would have been raised. It's like when Dr. Ronny Jackson didn't have the good sense to turn down Trump's ridiculous offer of the VA job, knowing he wasn't qualified, and now his reputation is crap, too.
