At worst, he wasn't.

And assuming he was sober, a man with his temperament has no business on the Supreme Court. Or even baby sitting a hamster.

If he ends up being confirmed to the Supreme Court, it's quite obvious that the Republican Party would have had no problem giving that seat to Caligula or Jack the Ripper.

Republicans have always claimed to be the party of values. They have made those "values" very clear to every sane person who doesn't watch Fox "news."
