This is "punishment" for being "nasty women" who dared to challenge Trump's desires. This makes me more afraid than anything so far because it is such an obvious fuck you to women who dared speak up. They want to create Gilead. I am so livid right now I want to scream.

ETA: After actually reading the article, I see that I am wrong in assuming this was backlash for being "mouthy women" about Kavanaugh, since this has been in the works since mid-August. I should know better than to post before I read the article linked, but damn... The rest stands, though. Their aim is to create Gilead.
