11. Kavanaugh would be out of the picture

Maybe I didn't read the OP fully, or make the point from Predictit properly.

Kavanaugh would no longer be involved. The argument on Predicit was that Kavanaugh is pulled or defeated, and then Trump campaigns until November with emphasis to his base that unless you vote for Republicans then they'll lose the senate and not be able to dictate the next justice, or lower court justices.

They won't take that risk but it is seemingly more effective than any other argument on that side, to motivate the base
