I don't know that she intended that to happen (probably not, she's a Trump), but federal judges have to disclose certain financial information. What she filed showed a large amount of money she received from what turned out to be a shell corporation whose sole purpose turned out to be to mark up the cost of materials sold to Fred's property as a bogus way of transferring funds from Fred to his kids without having to pay gift tax.
