Did McConnell just get and read a copy of the FBI report? Is that why he invoked late-night cloture? [View all]

Why make a move at this at 10:00 P.M. EDT? I think something is afoot. Do you think McConnell has seen/read/or been briefed on the FBI findings and that is why he just teed up the Friday cloture motion now, of all hours to do it?
