This was about his lying under oath (and not just about terms used in his yearbook), impartiality as judge (should be required when deciding cases based upon constitutionality), and temporment.

This was not about whether there was enough evidence to prosecute him for sexual harassment/assault that took place decades ago.

Collins knows this. She does not care. She was given her talking points and did her duty as a good GOP support soldier.
