23. How do you know what Franken couldn't handle?

He chose to resign. For whatever reason he chose to resign. He chose not to stand up and defend himself. I don't know why and neither do you.

Many Franken acolytes assume he resigned because???? His feelings were hurt? Really? A politician as skilled as Franken couldn't handle the heat? Couldn't defend himself? Couldn't stick a knife in his accusers and twist it?

I miss Franken's wit and tenacity as a Senator but he let a lot of people down by resigning and trying to blame his resignation on anyone other than Franken himself is being dishonest.
