At the age of two McConnell developed polio. This was long before the DEMOCRATS gave us Medicare and Medicaid. If it hadn't been for DEMOCRATIC President Franklin Roosevelt's March Of Dimes and the kindness and generosity of ordinary Americans, McConnell would have spent his life in a wheelchair.

This is how he repays us.
