all the DEATH SPIRAL financing Bain did in late 90's and early 2000's. Several tech companies totally loaded with debt and naked short sold and finally BK'ed. Allways a member of Bian appointed to the BOD in exchange for money infusions. Millions and Millions,my friends.

This guy is as toxic as the plague.
