and even when Dr. Ford came forward I never thought for a minute that they'd take her seriously enough to withdraw him. She was telling the truth about having been assaulted, but she was "confused" because of course choirboy Kavanaugh couldn't have done such a thing. The fix was always in and the "concerned" fretting of Flake and Collins and the bogus investigation were all Kabuki theatre. We should never have allowed ourselves to be sucked into the charade.

It was always going to come out this way, so now we move on and put our fury to good use.
