suspicion that Russia and the republicans have already fixed the outcome.

Russia didn't just "look" at the voter rolls. What would be the object of doing that? The vote totals can and will be changed without a doubt.

The only chance we have of gaining anything is to come out in such numbers they can't rig a close one because there will be no close ones.
