GOP lawmaker: The economy is so good, 'even Colin Kaepernick found a job' [View all]

GOP Rep. Lou Barletta (Penn.) on Wednesday took a hit at NFL free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick while speaking at a rally in Erie, Penn.
Barletta appeared alongside President Trump at the rally, and jabbed Kaepernick while praising Trump on the economy.
“This economy is so good that even Colin Kaepernick found a job,” Barletta said.

The comment was apparently in reference to Kaepernick’s new role as the face of Nike’s “Just Do It’ 30th anniversary ad campaign.
