Yes because the constitutional scholar we elected as President was blind sided with obstructionism. Apparently history was not part of his education.

Back when my dad was alive they called it stone walling. Yes, he didn't see it coming.

Granted it's unprecedented, but one would think he'd have a couple tricks in his back pocket instead of caving in immediately and constantly.

As I've said before, don't apologize for a politician, and making your high water mark mediocrity, is why we're here today.
