I don't want to stigmatize people with mental health disorders. BUT this particular mental health disorder is particularly and creates or exascerbates pretty much everything we've seen in West recently.

My nephew and a close family friend both have bipolar disorder. Recognizing it in this case is not the same as blaming every gun nut's behavior on being mentally ill. It is acknowleding that a specific mental health disorder is associated with manifestations of specific character traits - precisely - those that he is displaying.
