During the proxy war that Reagan engaged in with the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. Bin Laden was a major mujahadeen general. They were U.S. allies at the time. When the Soviet Union retreated from Afghanistan, Reagan left a vacuum in Afghanistan that seeded the Taliban and Al Quaeda emergence. If these right wing nuts think killing a reporter was justified, then many that served in the Reagan Administration deserve worse IMO. Donny Two Scoops Jr. did not receive “the best” education.
