5. What I don't get is how people like him cannot grasp

The concept of social disapproval. When you make a living saying disgusting things and supporting politicians who make people’s lives difficult, why would you expect anything else? Here’s a tip—get a real job making an honest living. Or, retire to some Trumpville and enjoy their haute cuisine.
