Maybe I am misinformed, but I believe it was reported days ago that US intelligence had [View all]

intercepted some form of communication which detailed the PLANNING of the Kashoggi capture. Intelligence was bound by law to notify Trump and he obligated to WARN Kashoggi. Why is there discussion as to IF Trump knew in advance?

Or, have I "misheard" or misunderstood?
