53. There's no naval ship yard in Portland, ME.

There's Bath Iron Works in Bath, ME. That would be the place the gets the Navy contracts in Maine. There's also the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, which is in Portsmouth, NH. Sounds like Portland, but not actually in Maine.
