Gillum running for Governor has made it a central part of his campaign to expand Medicaid in this state
Lauren Baer running for Congress against a Republican has made pre-existing conditions a central part of her campaign. Why? Because her opponent Brian Mast voted to gut that in the House.
Bill Nelson has consistently talked about his vote to keep the ACA. And he talks about the fact that pRick Scott stole money from Medicare and that's how he got rich!
Sean Shaw who is running for Attorney General has an ad saying it's easier to get a gun here in Florida than cover people with pre-existing conditions because of his opponent who voted to gut the ACA.

Every state is different, but Florida is running it all about healthcare. I don't think we need a centralized message because every state has it's own issues
