19. It's his diaper.

I seriously think Tiny is hidden inside a diaper. I've thought this for a long time.

His expensive trousers look too small for his chubby thighs. Looks like the tight fit would be pretty uncomfortable to sit around in.

My guess is his outfit is for public show, but once on AF-1, he strips down and into a robe. Then before they land, he gets his diaper changed, and dressed to go out.

Might be why he felt compelled to say in Leslie Stahl's interview, "I'm not a baby."
