13. I found some very interesting trends in analyzing this group

Gratuitous put up a link to the "Black Americans for the President's Agenda" page on OpenSecrets. I decided to google a few of the names and found that quite a few of the donors to this superpac were also donors to two other superpacs: the Hispanic Victory PAC, and Black America's PAC. And all these guys also donate to state Republican parties, nationwide GOP candidates and anti-Democratic Party advocacy groups.

Two other things pop out: the vast majority of the people who donate to these three PACs list their occupations as Retired, and none of them have ethnic names. I'm really having a problem imagining a scenario where hundreds of old white people are just champing at the bit to donate huge sums of money to minority PACs and out-of-state politicians - UNLESS someone is laundering money through them.
