(20,868 posts)33. I disagree, those charges reflect the minimum of what they are
hitting him with. Even Sessions said those charges could expand. Once the viability of those bombs are determined, that may expand the charges.

Maybe bombs weren't intended to hurt anyone, but they were meant to intimidate. That's terrorism.
