1. That will not "Fix" Social Security/Medicare.

The problem is the lack of Living Wage Jobs to pay into Social Security/Medicare. Get our Living Wage Jobs back into this country and get our workers back to work.That will fix Social Security/Medicare.

Diddling with the symptoms seldom fixes anything.
