132. There are racists everywhere... not the point...

I never said they didn't exist. I said they aren't knee deep in MA office culture. At least not visibly, and when they surface they are dealt with.

As a consultant, I work in a lot of places, and with people at all levels of companies, large and small. I just don't see the openly racist types in MA the way I do elsewhere.

And when they exist, people who work with them know about them. Someone as openly hateful as the woman in this story would have been well known.

Now lets leave stalingrads agenda out of this. This woman was well known to her coworkers, and there are likely more where she came from. Spectrum must be a heck of a place to work.
