How are the sign wars going in your area?

23. Signs are really difficult to get here.

I’ve been charged $2 each to $7 each.

A committee chair told me “research tells us signs are not the most effective use of funds” which is establishment speak and sorta ticked me off. I visited my local office three times at different hours and days and it was never open. No business hours posted. I drove an hour to find state wide signs for $2. A fourth try locally it was open and signs were 7 each 2 for 10. Which I thought was insane and said so. Nice lady said we have argued the sign policy for years. So they let me take signs at any donation I wanted.

Meanwhile I have my small yards signs, the Repub signs are wall size. Driving on the Interstate all we saw were giant Republican wall sized signs. In an hour drive and an hour back we saw one sort of large local Dem sign.
