...that can track how a story propagates on the internet from its origin? My understanding from a post by Mr. Stedman is that this is a fake story potentially attributable to a GOP lobbyist, much in the way of Tricky Dick Nixon's dirty tricks campaigning.

It would be great to follow the origins of the store to trace back who planted it.
