I know Julian and the vegetaion and topography. There will be more human infrastructure damaged and media.

The fire I mentioned is newer and likely to cost more in suppression and monetary and ecological damage plus time and risk to recovery but without the media coverage or direct human infrastructure damage of a southern California fire.
