There are no "legal scholars" giving him this advice. No doubt his buddy Alan Dershowitz would even scoff at the whole stupid assertion.

Oh, and last time I looked the republicans have had complete control of both houses of Congress for the last several years and have had the presidency for the last two. Democrats are sidelined and powerless to stop the republicans from doing whatever they want.

I am hoping against hope that next Tuesday is a really bad day for this WH.
