56. Problem I see is turnout. There will be a third of the population well off enough to not care.

Many of those most affected, are being denied the right to vote on their future, having given all their productive years and will be expecting that SS. Many are not informed, or don't believe the GOP will really do what the Democrats are saying that they will do. They just think that it will all be taken care of by someone. Others will be diverted by other things and not vote. It's going to be close.
