18. Actually I think it sounds more like a Wes Anderson movie.

I'd use "The Grand Budapest Hotel":

Elaborate scheme to take down a powerful entity? Check.

Quirky characters with crazy names and weird occupations? Check.

Two-tone color scheme? Check.

Does it go horribly wrong? Absolutely!
