I hope that an amendment that decriminalize pot below a certain amount, or outright legalization is on the ballot in Florida next. Typically when states approve medical pot, decriminalization or legalization comes next. Even in my red county, I see doctors advertising that they can do medical pot prescriptions. A person should not become a felon for getting caught with a joint, all that does is clog up Flirida's court system and cause people that get convicted to tilt toward a life of crime because they can't get jobs or decent places to live.
