3. Ellison up early, but rural areas are in general are slower to report.

Wardlow is a white nationalist POS, which has more appeal in rural areas. Ellison is probably up enough to hold, but still too close to call. 52% to 42% at the minute with about 55% reporting. This one won't be called for awhile.
