that since 2010 and even before they have been stacking the odds against Dems. Unlike Repugs we actually need to campaign and earn votes and outvote by sizeable margins just to win. I think Maddow showed it best how we get screwed from gerrymandering and suppressing the vote.

Shows how important local gov is.

Let the investigations begin!
