Whatever he's doing, he accuses his opponents of doing. Like clockwork. Like day and night. Axiomatic.

So -- yes. Clearly there's cheating going on to favor Republicans. Scott was convicted of the largest Medicare fraud in history -- election fraud would be no sweat at all.
