16. We taxpayers should be reimbursed for his plane ride to France

Why should we foot the bill when Cheeto couldn't be bothered to show up for the memorial ceremonies? He should be billed for the plane ride for himself and Melania whenever he pulls this shit.

Otherwise he can take his own plane to Europe.
