to be used to re enter the US when you suffer any capital loses and any interest accrued would be amortized against future capital loses and you wouldn't be liable for those until you reach the age of 84, meanwhile you will be able to claim any vacation houses as 'parallel domestic edifices" so that when you sell you won't have capital gains but won't have to follow the silly "live in them for 2 year" rule, god this fun isn't it?"
