They should keep their word, that's obvious.

Nancy Pelosi will be Speaker, that's pretty obvious, doesn't mean we need to crap all over these new Dem Congresspeople. Have a discussion, let them voice theirs (And their voter's) concerns and then have a vote. Also, let Pelosi talk to them and let them know even if they keep their word in voting against her that we are 1 team and this will not stop progress.

What shouldn't happen is that these people get steam rolled or shouted down, or that they are forced into breaking their words. There is a solution here for everyone and it's a solution that will strengthen party unity, not weaken it. Listen and discuss, then move forward.
