He just blurts out any ignorant thought that crosses his mind. Thinking is not a part of Trump any more. He is just robotically spitting out words.

Like his comment to Scalia’s widow of the big family.” You sure have been busy!” What kind of nut would say that at a Medal of Honor ceremony?

It was clear he was visibly holding himself togather.
