and they have a feature available that, for no extra cost, pre-screens all calls with a recording informing the caller that we don't take solicitation calls, but if they have legitimate business they should press 1 or stay on the line.

We rarely get junk calls anymore. But we also rarely get the full recorded messages from our doctors reminding us of upcoming appointments.
