truly astonishing things we've learned is how stupidly, arrogantly, sloppily this type of criminal, the ones like Trump and those he allows close, are. I mean, literally executing crimes by exchange of emails, after Hillary's? Sure, that was a manufactured attack, not normal police work, but didn't they learn anything from it? The ex- federal prosecutors all over talk TV aren't surprised, though. They say they've seen it all the time, coupled with outrage at being treated like criminals.

I think part of this is definition of what's going to be new. Those for whom this is really about Trump might have to mostly settle for having their worst suspicions verified, or possibly disappointed, although there should be a few new surprises.

But all along, this has given us a glimpse into a giant web of connections between our Republican political and donor worlds and international finance, crime rings and hostile governments. Instillation of corruption into our systems. Where do extremist cyber billionaires like Peter Thiel and Robert Mercer, and ?, come in, or don't they? justice Kennedy's son and his retirement, could there be anything there? Even ruling out most speculation, I'm thinking what's been uncovered has to be a lot bigger than Trump, but harder to comprehend. Of course, if it doesn't relate to Russia, it wouldn't be within the scope of this investigation.

Speaking of. Russia. Trump being paraded like a pet dog at Helsinki by a smirking Putin.

I have no guess at what Trump's hiding. Maybe the big thing for him is a sex party 30 years ago that included men; I can believe that dysfunctional idiot would turn a nation upside down to pander to his ego and public image.

But it's also hard to believe he's lived such a depraved and illegal life without giving many power groups, including right here in the U.S., material he could be blackmailed with, and what happened after that?

Information is power. And lots of powerful people have information we do not, for all we know we're living in very interesting times.
